A beautiful location, just outside the village of Otterlo, with the national park De Hoge Veluwe, with the museum Kröller Müller as neighbor.
The Herenboerderij is a wonderfully spacious and cozy accommodation for a family or friends weekend. Enjoy the beautiful view under the lee of the trees or on the porch!
Take a look at our dairy cows, goats, rabbits, chickens and peacocks. Maybe you will find it and you will experience the birth of a calf … There is always something to see and do at De Houtkamp!

The Herenboerderij is a municipal monument and has many authentic features that give the house a nostalgic atmosphere. Together with a tasteful decor, you can imagine yourself a “gentleman farmer” or “gentleman farmer”!
From the cozy spacious living room, you have a beautiful view of our farm garden and the pasture where our young stock and in winter the sheep. From the large living room, you can go through the doors to the veranda to enjoy nature. The Herenboerderij also offers plenty of space to stay outside. The living room has a cozy wood stove next to the central heating.
Complete kitchen with everything has been thought of!
The kitchen has a 5 burner gas stove with oven, a dishwasher, two refrigerators, one with a small freezer, a microwave, two coffee makers, a Nespresso machine and a kettle. A washing machine has also been thought of.

The bedrooms
There are three bedrooms on the first floor:
- One bedroom with three single box springs
- One bedroom with two single box springs, a single bed and a balcony
- A bedroom with a double bed
A luxurious spacious bathroom with bath
A luxurious spacious bathroom with bath, separate shower, sink with cabinet and a toilet on the first floor. A shower stool and dressing area for the little ones are available. The bathroom downstairs has a shower with sink, a shower stool and a separate toilet.

Would you like to spend the night at B & B base in our Gentlemen farm?
The price per person is € 42.50 including tourist tax and a delicious, fresh and extensive breakfast, for a one-night stay (*). If you want to enjoy more than one night here, you pay € 40 per person per night, including tourist tax.
Check in after 15 pm / check out before 11 am
(*) N.B .: Stay of at least two nights and four people at the weekend. In the winter months it is possible to deviate from this rule; please first discuss.
